Doaba Medical Educational Welfare Development Society (R) have the firm faith in the concept of health organization (W.H.O.) i.e. "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well - being and not merely the absence of diseases of infirmity."
The Society also supports the viewpoint of the International Council of Pharmacists that the unique function or the Pharmacists is to assist the individual, sick or well, in the performance of those activities contributing to health or its recovery or to peaceful death that he would perform un-aided if he had the necessary strength, will or knowledge and to do this, in such a way as to help him gain invaluable experience as rapidly as possible.
